Together with Vice Consul Jabbar Adiong, we have always wanted to bring the Philippine Football Team Azkals to play in the State of Qatar. Finding the right person made it all possible through the kindness and support of former Al Ahli Club General Manager, Al Ahli Club goalkeeping legend Hussein Al-Khawala . a good friend of mine who also supported my other project, the Pinoy Rocks Concert .
Aside from our dear Consul @Jabbar Adiong, Mr. Denrei, a close Team Azkals promoter /supporter made everything possible for us, and played a critical role.
This historic match is one for the books being the first Azkals game in Qatar and having brought pride and happiness among the Filipino Community in the State of Qatar.
